Spread evenly with your hands.<\/a><br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diabetes915.com \">Place chicken over peppers\/onion.<\/a><br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diabetes915.com \">Drizzle chicken, peppers, and onion mixture with olive oil.<\/a><br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diabetes915.com \">Use your hands to mix everything and spread evenly across baking sheet.<\/a><br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diabetes915.com \">Bake or Grill for 18-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
